Fundamentals Dog Class
Fundamentals Private Sessions are open to Puppies ages 10 weeks and up.
Fundamentals Group Sessions are open to Puppies ages 12 weeks and up with a minimum of 3 DHLPP Vaccines and Rabies (If you wish to waiver this because of vaccine beliefs you may but Rabies is a State Requirement and can not be waived.)
Proof of Vaccines is Required to participate. Fundamentals classes are designed to help you raise a well adjusted and well behaved puppy into a happy health dog.
Fundamentals classes include basic obedience training, leash walking, housebreaking, positive reinforcement of good behaviors, trust centered training, and puppy socialization. Legend Acres uses Scientific based trust centered training which is an ethical, humane, force-free positive reinforcement training. Training includes loose leash walking, sit, down, stay, leave it, and a recall using the same curriculum as our Group and Private Classes.
Classes will be 1 hour and held once a week for 6 weeks (with one makeup session) for a cost of $150 for group, $250 Semi-Private sessions, or $425 Private Sessions Payment Plans available.
Attendance to all courses is recommended. After completion of the course your puppy will be qualified to take the AKC STAR Puppy Test and become certified. For more information please fill out the form on this page.
